Conversations Across Divides

From my experiences, I try to focus on understanding their point of view and really listen to what they have to say, since everyone has different opinions. I also make sure to stay respectful and avoid being confrontational. Personally, the goal is to have a meaningful discussion not to “win” the argument but to learn from each other. I try to keep a calm and friendly tone with others. In school disagreements can happen over grades, group work etc. These are all a natural part of life, and it’s important for everyone to realize it! In the end, these conversations matter because they help us grow, understand different perspectives, and find common ground!
