Being a part of the Health and Mind Club has been truly meaningful experience. In Grade 11, I was a member of the editorial team and later took on the role of Head of Editorial in Grade 12, which allowed me to grow both personally and creatively.

A highlight of my journey was hosting the “Break the Bias (BTB)” sessions. What started as a challenge pushed me out of my comfort zone and strengthened my confidence, especially in speaking and engaging with an audience. Being a core team member of Project Unboxed: The Youth Mental Health Conclave was another enriching experience, offering new perspectives, teamwork, and exposure.

The club also became something I consistently looked forward to. With regular events, it added a sense of energy and positivity during otherwise stressful academic phases.

Overall, the experience has helped me build confidence, leadership, and communication skills, while shaping a more aware and resilient version of myself.
