Annamaria Rodrigues(12C),Khyati Saxena(11B),Poorna Thummarakoti(11D)  enthralled the audience comprising students and teachers of grades 9 to 12 with foot tapping and melodious songs.

Listening to music together increases feelings of social connectedness, this elevates mood and builds relationships and connections that are protective against mental distress. Music can positively influence one’s mental and physical health, and  it brings people together as  we witnessed today.

The purpose of organizing these concerts was to spread awareness among students and teachers to stop the stigma surrounding mental illness and to have open conversations around mental health.
